EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@whichway.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions about the return at info@whichway.it.

Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and get it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or items
custom) and personal care items (such as beauty products). Also, no returns are accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with the
original payment method. Remember that the bank or institution that issued the credit card may take some time to process and record the refund as well.
